JSC Gorizont was awarded the special diploma "For development of all-day surveillance ship system "Proton-BM" from Border Service FSB RF at the exhibition "Interpolitex-2010. Border." (26-29 October 2010, VDNKh).
The all-day surveillance system, which received the special appraisal of professional technical commission of Border Service FSB RF, was for the first time presented to exhibition visitors and technical experts. The ship system "Proton-BM" is designated for all-day and all-weather surveillance, detection, recognition and tracking of surface objects. It is analogy to optical-electronic complexes – mobile and fixed, which have been supplied to frontiersmen RF with JSC Gorizont over many years, but with regard to shipboard specificity. The principal difference and functional benefit of the system – gyro stabilized platform, which permits to keep image definition and ranges required: from 20,2 NM for large targets till 3,5 NM for ultra minor surface targets. Rugged and light "Proton-BM" is suitable for wide range of sea and river ships and boats of coast guard, Navy. The optical-electronic module is equipped with special wiper; all sensors are shielded from water and salt fog influence. The complex is easy integrated into bridge system ensuring higher navigation reliability, as well as solving issues of detection and recognition within search and rescue missions.
NRS "Gals" of full domestic configuration, mobile complex "Patriot-OKAPI-Rover" export version, stationary surveillance site "Rasskaz" serial version, as well as new engineering solution – automated complex of surface situation monitoring "Rapsodiya" were presented with JSC Gorizont at the exhibition "Interpolitex-2010. Border." (26-29 October 2010, VDNKh).
Automated complex of surface situation monitoring "Rapsodiya" is developed for deployed area coverage of monitored district, as well as task organization of temporary classified areas. Principal benefits – rapid deployment at practically any areas, as well as easy integration into any systems of information collection and processing. It permits to use automated complex of surface situation monitoring "Rapsodiya" for protection of dedicated facility and constructions (oil platforms, terminals and etc.)
